What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

What platform is your computer?

MacOS

What issue are you seeing?

Innocent prompts like "What should my next steps be?" or "What features should I add to this app next?"

Getting "This content was flagged for possible cybersecurity risk. If this seems wrong, try rephrasing your request. To get authorized for security work, join the Trusted Access for Cyber program: https://chatgpt.com/cyber"

My earlier query was "Create a plan to get this data through CourtListener bulk + official agency bulk/downloads, only doing what is allowed!" And it's getting flagged for cybersecurity risk. I'm happy to work within whatever rules/terms, just don't know how to do that when I think I'm following everything as much as possible? They list here how to get the data https://www.courtlistener.com/help/api/bulk-data/ and I just want to follow their instructions. I'm admittedly not a developer so I could be doing something wrong, but I'm trying to instruct it to only do what's authorized.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

TL;DR

The issue is likely due to the Codex App's cybersecurity risk flagging, and rephrasing the query to avoid triggering this flag may resolve the issue.

Guidance

  • Review the query "Create a plan to get this data through CourtListener bulk + official agency bulk/downloads, only doing what is allowed!" for potential keywords or phrases that may be triggering the cybersecurity risk flag.
  • Check the CourtListener API documentation (https://www.courtlistener.com/help/api/bulk-data/) to ensure that the query is aligned with their usage guidelines and terms.
  • Consider rephrasing the query to focus on the specific data retrieval task, avoiding any language that may be misinterpreted as a security risk.
  • Join the Trusted Access for Cyber program (https://chatgpt.com/cyber) if authorized security work is required.

Notes

The issue may be related to the Codex App's content filtering mechanisms, and resolving the issue may require adjusting the query to comply with these filters.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Rephrase the query to avoid triggering the cybersecurity risk flag, as this is a non-intrusive and low-risk approach to resolving the issue.
