Environment

  • GBrain version: 0.40.8.1
  • Engine: PGLite
  • OS: Linux (Ubuntu 24.04)

Problem When calling gbrain put <slug>, it occasionally fails with:

attempted to delete invisible tuple

Even after:

  • rm -rf ~/.gbrain/brain.pglite/.gbrain-lock
  • systemctl restart gbrain-mcp.service

The error persists intermittently.

Reproduction

gbrain put test-page << 'EOF'
# test
EOF

Expected Page should be written successfully.

Additional context

  • gbrain doctor shows connection OK
  • Multiple bun/gbrain serve processes were observed (possibly causing concurrency issues)
  • --no-embed flag does not help
