Like Kubernetes project did, it joined CNCF and has a comprehensive governance, e.g. separated several individual SIGs and they would host individual regular meetings to discuss the feature proposals and bug issues, moreover, each feature would have its own lifecycle, e.g. feature gate from alpha to beta to GA.

Currently, I can see several RFCs but no review or progress update, e.g. https://github.com/openclaw/openclaw/issues/59165 , which indicates there is a room for enhancing the project governance.

Problem to solve

So that we could move the project more fast and stable by leveraging the power of the community!

Proposed solution

Like Apache or CNCF did, maybe we could learn more governance pattern and break it down to several individual SIGs, see example like https://contribute.cncf.io/community/governance/
