In group chat conversations, new messages from agents do not appear in real-time. The user must exit the group chat and re-enter to see new replies.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a group chat with multiple agents
- Send a message and wait for agent replies
- Observe that the new messages do not appear automatically
- Exit the group chat view and re-enter
- New messages are now visible
Expected Behavior
New agent messages should appear in real-time (or near real-time via polling) without requiring the user to exit and re-enter the group chat.
