display.tool_progress: true is set in ~/.hermes/config.yaml, but
hermes config show under ◆ Display only lists:
Personality / Reasoning / Bell / User preview
Missing keys: tool_progress, tool_progress_command, skin, show_reasoning, show_cost.
Reproduction
hermes config set display.tool_progress true → hermes config show
— the key does not appear.
Impact Users cannot verify display config via CLI. Must manually inspect config.yaml.
Expected All configured display keys shown, or at minimum tool_progress, skin, show_reasoning, show_cost.
