What issue are you seeing?

I'm using Codex Web and my 5 hour limit was used up in 20 minutes with just a hand full of prompts, now i have to wait almost 5 hours to continue, this is not normal, i use codex almost every day and mostly in the same way, and i almost never use up the 5 hour limit, so using it up in 20 minutes is very strange.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just go on Codex Web and make a few prompts i guess.

Also yesterday i hit the 5h limit but after 3 hours, whihc is unusual, but happens sometimes, depending on what i do, my weekly usage seems more correct, however not exactly sure, its currently at 85% and i started using it about 24 hours ago, but i only used codex for about 3 hours and 20 minutes, 3 hours yesterday and the 20 min today, and 15% weekly limit still seems a bit high, but im not sure about that.
