Hi all, I have been using pi regularly now and very much appreciate it's powerful user-centric approach to agentic workflows. However, I am interesting in learning more about how Hermes features it' self-learning loop, and if there is a way to implement a similar, perhaps smaller/compact extension for pi that would allow the agent to evolve with the user. Any ideas/places to look? I feel like it would simply be a compaction of context over the users sessions and reinjection of this context with newer session...

extent analysis

TL;DR

Investigate the Hermes self-learning loop documentation and explore compact context compaction methods for potential integration with pi.

Guidance

  • Research Hermes' self-learning loop architecture to understand its key components and how they facilitate agent evolution.
  • Look into context compaction techniques that could be applied to pi, focusing on session data analysis and reinjection.
  • Consider reaching out to the pi or Hermes development communities for guidance on potential extensions or integrations.
  • Review existing literature on user-centric workflow systems and their approaches to self-learning and adaptation.

Notes

The implementation details of Hermes' self-learning loop and its potential application to pi are unclear, so further research and community engagement are necessary to determine the feasibility of this idea.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Investigate existing self-learning loop implementations and context compaction methods to inform the design of a potential pi extension, as there is no clear indication of a fixed version or direct solution.
