Implement the LexyOS UI shell on staging with the Mike-style legal cockpit layout and Lexy/Seven design language.

Scope:

  • Rebuild public/app.mjs and public/styles.css as a matter-first shell.
  • Include left navigation, matter baseline, files panel, document workspace, agent rail, and cockpit controls.
  • Keep all workflows backed by live API endpoints; no static/demo fallbacks.
  • Responsive at iPad widths and above.
  • Add/maintain at least 4 tests and deploy to staging with proof.
