What happened?

Temporary directories for shell commands are created with a simple prefix and mkdtempSync, but if the system /tmp is shared, another user could potentially guess or monitor directory creation.

What did you expect to happen?

While mkdtempSync is safe from collisions, the CLI should ensure the parent TMP_DIR_NAME in the Gemini dir is used instead of system global /tmp when possible.
