What happened?

I could understand waiting for the top-of-the-line 3.1 Pro model, but today I'm waiting 15-20 minutes for a FLASH model to run a single command. And I have several commands to run, so the tool will spend an hour or two just running commands that can be activated in seconds? Where's the great innovation?

Listen, this is a PAID product, and you're making fun of us. There's no response from support, and every thread about limits here is silenced. Once a month, someone posts, "Yes, we know about the limit issues." And what good is to us if you know? Your contact channels don't even know much about the existence of "gemini-cli."

You sell a SUBSCRIPTION (https://codeassist.google/) for this tool!

Should we report fraud to local consumer protection authorities, or what?

What did you expect to happen?

Not waiting 15-20 minutes for single flash model call.

The user may need to explore alternative solutions or contact support to address the long wait times for the FLASH model.

Guidance

  • The issue seems to be related to the performance of the FLASH model, which is taking 15-20 minutes to run a single command.
  • To better understand the issue, running the /about command in the interactive CLI may provide useful information about the client and its configuration.
  • The user may want to try contacting support again or exploring other channels to report the issue and get assistance.
  • Considering the subscription-based nature of the product, the user may also want to review the terms of service and support options.

Notes

The issue lacks technical details, and the provided information is mostly related to the user's frustration with the product's performance and support.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: The user may need to explore alternative solutions or workarounds to address the long wait times, as the issue is not clearly resolvable with the provided information.
