Steps to reproduce

I already have existing knowledge bases, but I mistakenly triggered a full re-indexing. Currently, all documents in the knowledge bases are stuck in the queued status. How can I change the document status from "Queued" back to "Available"?

extent analysis

TL;DR

To resolve the issue, you may need to manually update the document status from "Queued" to "Available" or wait for the re-indexing process to complete.

Guidance

  • Check the Dify documentation for any available APIs or commands to update document status manually.
  • Investigate the re-indexing process to determine if it can be cancelled or sped up.
  • Review the Docker container logs for any errors or warnings related to the re-indexing process.
  • Consider reaching out to the Dify community or support team for further assistance.

Notes

The exact steps to update the document status are not provided in the issue, and the re-indexing process may have additional dependencies or requirements.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Manually update the document status or wait for the re-indexing process to complete, as there is no clear indication of a fixed version available.
