Manually selected and copied text contains formatting / background color if the selection includes the first word of the answer. The copy button (or not selecting the first word) sidesteps that, but it goes against muscle memory

Select and copy an agent message from the very beginning and paste into rich-text App (like Apple Mail). Pasted text is then displayed with the background color from the Codex App
