1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

The Milvus vector store integration only forwards uri, token, user, password, and db_name to pymilvus client. There is no way to configure one-way TLS with an explicit server certificate.

2. Additional context or comments

Dify currently doesn't exposes secure, server_pem_path, or server_name via env vars. The relevant code paths: api/configs/middleware/vdb/milvus_config.py settings class, no TLS fields. api/providers/vdb/vdb-milvus/src/dify_vdb_milvus/milvus_vector.py

This blocks deployments where Milvus is configured with a self-signed or internal-CA certificate.
