What You Asked Claude to Do

Every time I ask Claude Code to read actual code, it confidently answers questions based on fragmented code reading.

Every time i ask why, it confesses. Now my screen if full of confessions.

doesnt read code. ignores user instructions completely. adds hard coding everwhere
