Describe the problem/error/question

If you edit more than 9 rules (60 in my case) in the SSO section for Projects to apply per project Admin/Editor/Viewer and save it, the list of rules shrink down to 9. But ALL rules are still existing and get applied, you just cant see nor edit them anymore.

What is the error message (if any)?
