ollama - 💡(How to fix) Fix Ollama opens in the wrong macOS Space/Desktop

What is the issue?

Since https://github.com/ollama/ollama/issues/15002 seems to be specifically about situations where Ollama is opened while in full-screen mode, this is logically a different issue report. (Of course the underlying bug might be the same for both, but the description of the scenario is different, therefore different report.)

1. open Ollama in Desktop 1,
2. close the window but leave the menu bar app running,
3. then switch to a new Desktop, such as Desktop 16,
4. choose Open Ollama or Settings from the menu bar menu,
5. find yourself ripped out of the context in which you were working, and forced into Desktop 1.

If you have a lot of Desktops open, with different windows on each, this loss of context can be disorienting, and it can be very hard and time-consuming to find your way back to the right Desktop. It also ALWAYS breaks your focus, which makes for horrible UX.
