What happened?

Started in plan mode, set model 3.1 pro preview. attempted to create a plan to build out a folder structure and rudimentary markdown files for a workout routine. Gemini thought for 2 full minutes before I stopped it. It did not present me back a plan to implement. It's unclear why using plan mode is hanging up the responses back.

I started with the prompt: create a new folder in my areas folder. i want to build out a fitness and strength and conditioning workout routine. build out a user profile for me. i have right elbow tendonitis which flares under heavy use. i play basketball every saturday morning and wear a compression sleeve. there are certain tricep exercises that i have difficulty completing. i want to document these specific exercises so we can find better less strenuous alternatives.

I would expect that Gemini provides an implementation plan back. Even if the task seems simple, I want to confirm how it gets implemented and tweak it before we move if possible.
