I have the $20 subscription (Plus). Codex instantly burned out for one complicated system (MCP). When I run /status, it says I have 99% 5h and 77% Weekly usage left, but when I send a message it says that I ran out of messages. It's basically taking my money and then bugging.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Sending messages is giving the bug, even though I have a lot of usage left.
