Error Message

The app says "You're out of Codex messages". On the web console it was first showing an error regarding credits balance. Logged out and logged in, then it now shows 0 credits. However, I purchased 1000 credits two days ago and I am sure I had more credits left. The web console does not show historical credit usage either, looking at the console it seems like I had not purchased any credits. Though on stripe I can see my payment went through and I was charged.
