dify - 💡(How to fix) Fix I ran Agent workflow test in dify and I tried to stop the process but failed. Then I shut it down with docker compose down, but now I can't up the postgresql container.

Steps to reproduce

I ran Agent workflow test in dify and I tried to stop the process but failed. Then I shut it down with docker compose down, but now I can't up the postgresql container. Report goes like this: ! Container docker-db_pos... Skipped: optional dependency "db_postgres" failed to start. Now I can't docker compose up -d this app. What's wrong?

✔️ Expected Behavior

I should be able to run them.

❌ Actual Behavior

Now the app can't be started.
