hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix Replace regex-based format_message() with telegramify-markdown [1 pull requests]

Hermes current regex-based Markdown → MarkdownV2 conversion often produces malformed output. For example, **** (4 asterisks) should render as bold text, but the regex approach leaves stray asterisks in the output.

Proposal: Replace with telegramify-markdown, an AST-based converter that handles nesting correctly.

Benefits:

• AST-based parsing — no more formatting edge cases
• Maintained upstream
• Cleaner codebase: ~150 lines regex → 1 function call

Trade-off:

• Adds external dependency (pip install telegramify-markdown)
