Proposed scope

• Add session browser and run summaries.
• Add tool-call inspector.
• Add config editor.
• Add plugin manager.
• Add logs viewer.
• Add cron/job monitor.
• Add memory inspector.
• Add provider health and cost analytics panels.
• Keep the PTY-backed hermes --tui as the primary chat surface.

Acceptance criteria

• Dashboard panels complement the embedded TUI rather than duplicating chat.
• Failures in supporting panels do not break the terminal pane.
• Operators can inspect sessions, plugins, jobs, logs, and provider health from one place.
