What to build

Create an isolated L personal butler bridge skeleton that is separate from the existing LINE Finance Inbox bridge. The slice should establish the bridge boundary, runnable entrypoint, configuration shape, tests, and service/runbook conventions so later slices can add LINE ingress and Hermes behavior without touching the finance bridge.

Acceptance criteria

• A new L personal butler bridge can be run locally without modifying or depending on the Finance Inbox bridge implementation.
• The bridge has a documented configuration/env shape for LINE channel credentials, storage path, Hermes home, timezone, reply enablement, and approval requirement.
• The bridge has a minimal test or smoke command proving the service boots and exposes its intended health/status surface.
• A runbook or README explains how this bridge differs from the existing Finance Inbox bridge.
