Hook system that auto-injects relevant code chunks into every prompt via Semble semantic search.

How it works:

  1. SessionStart: auto-indexes project (<1s, CPU-only, no API key)
  2. UserPromptSubmit: semble search finds Top-5 relevant functions/classes
  3. Reranking: Definition boost, noise penalty (tests, .d.ts, generated)
  4. Injects as <relevant-code> block — agent sees code BEFORE working

98% token savings vs grep+read (Semble benchmark: 1250 queries, 63 repos, 19 languages).
