问题

通过 /plugin 命令安装的技能，在 VS Code 扩展侧边栏中看不到，但通过 CC Switch 安装的技能两边都能正常使用。

原因

两种安装方式使用了不同的目录：

方式路径VS Code 侧边栏
CC Switch~/.claude/skills/<名称>/✅ 可见
/plugin~/.claude/plugins/cache/claude-plugins-official/<名称>/<hash>/❌ 不可见

VS Code 扩展只扫描了 ~/.claude/skills/ 目录，没有扫描 ~/.claude/plugins/cache/。

复现步骤

  1. 在 CLI 中执行 /plugin，安装 code-review 或 frontend-design
  2. 执行 /reload-plugins
  3. 打开 VS Code 侧边栏 → Claude Code 面板
  4. 执行 /skills，发现 /plugin 安装的技能全部缺失

环境

  • VS Code 扩展：anthropic.claude-code v2.1.145
  • 系统：Windows 11
  • 注：这些技能在集成终端中完全正常，仅在侧边栏面板中不可见

期望行为

无论通过哪种方式安装的技能，都应该在 CLI 和 VS Code 侧边栏中都能使用。

补充说明

两种方式的文件结构也不同——/plugin 使用 skills/<名称>/SKILL.md 格式，而 CC Switch 使用平铺的 .md 文件——扩展在扫描插件缓存目录时可能需要同时兼容这两种格式。
