• Marketplace / plugin ecosystem
• Complex team collaboration features
• Full enterprise admin suite
• Over-engineered multi-model routing
• Fancy avatar/branding polish before the product works

Success metrics

• Repeat usage by the same user week-over-week
• Memory recall rate on important preferences/context
• Action completion rate
• Conversation latency stays acceptable for premium UX
• Users report that the assistant reduces cognitive load

Acceptance criteria

• The product can be explained in one paragraph
• The ICP is explicit
• The core promise is clear
• The v0 boundaries are written down
• The metrics are concrete and measurable
