What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

In the Review Changes dialog, I can't see anything in Unstaged, Staged, or Branch. Only Last Turn works.

I only have Cygwin git installed (and on path), but its interface is slightly different than Git for Windows: the paths need to be input and output slightly differently. I can't use multiple gits or they can corrupt each other.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

On a Windows machine:

  1. Install only Cygwin git (no other git).
  2. Run Codex Desktop
  3. Cause any changes to happen
  4. Open review tab, anything other than Last Turn

What is the expected behavior?

No response

Additional information

Somewhat related: #9768 (which I'm disappointed to not see taken up — seems like an easy option to add)

Would you accept PRs for these? Of course I could only do it for the TUI, but hopefully you could then port it to Desktop...
