Hermes currently rejects Korean .hwp/.hwpx document uploads before the agent sees them. Telegram returns Unsupported document type .hwp. Proposed fix: add .hwp and .hwpx to gateway.platforms.base SUPPORTED_DOCUMENT_TYPES and local/MEDIA file extension detection; add a stdlib HWPX extractor using zipfile + ElementTree; use optional hwp5txt/LibreOffice/textutil for legacy HWP; inject extracted text into document messages when available and otherwise pass the cached path to the agent. Add tests for supported extensions, synthetic HWPX extraction, and Telegram caching instead of rejection.
