Feature Description

The langchain-huggingface partner package is missing test_standard.py in the unit_tests folder. All other partner packages (groq, mistral, openai, anthropic) have this file. The integration_tests folder already has test_standard.py but unit_tests does not, creating inconsistent test coverage.

Use Case

Consistent standard test coverage across all partner packages. This is a gap identified by comparing unit_tests folders across partners.

Proposed Solution

Add tests/unit_tests/test_standard.py inheriting from ChatModelUnitTests for ChatHuggingFace, matching the pattern used in groq, mistral, openai, and anthropic partner packages.
