Steps to reproduce

The document segmentation mode is "General Segmentation". Manually modify the document paragraphs from "apple" to "banana". Then the test input "banana" was recalled, but it could not be retrieved. The recall test output "apple", and the search retrieved "banana".

Although the content has changed, it feels like the index has not been updated in the presentation.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Modifying the paragraph structure enables correct retrieval.
