📚 The doc issue

When reading https://docs.pytorch.org/tutorials/recipes/torch_logs.html links to https://docs.pytorch.org/docs/main/logging.html saying it is a complete list of logging options. However many options are missing.

While not exactly 1 to 1, https://docs.pytorch.org/docs/2.12/generated/torch._logging.set_logs.html shows many more options such as ir_post_fusion.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

I can update list to make it complete. pytorch/torch/_logging/_registrations.py seems to be at least a superset.
