What happened?

I'm trying to use 3.1-flash-preview with 0% usage, and After EVERY prompt, I get a "switch to 3-1-flash-light-preview" making it to where I cant use the model, And forcing me to use 2.5 flash-light,

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to be able to use a model I had usage for.
