Describe the bug In openclaw status output and status cards, the Usage line shows percentage as 'X% left' but the value represents 'X% used'. The label is inverted.

Already reported and closed This was reported as issue #78529 and closed by clawsweeper as 'completed'. However, the bug is still reproducing in the current version. The comment on that issue has details but it cannot be reopened.
