Limit is being drained when Codex or ChatGPT is not being used. Context: Woke up in the morning, ran the Codex app and checked the usage, it showed 94%. This is not the first time I have noticed this. It's kinda annoying, especially on the Plus plan where limits are already so low and models consume so much...
