Steps to Reproduce
- Open VSCode with Claude Code extension installed
- Open the Claude Code chat panel
- Start typing a message in the input box
Expected Behavior
Keystrokes should be reflected immediately with no lag.
Actual Behavior
Keystroke input feels delayed/laggy inside the VSCode extension chat input box.
