Bug Description
In the WebChat Control UI, assistant messages are rendered/displayed twice (duplicate message bubbles).
Steps to Reproduce
- Open WebChat Control UI
- Send a message to the assistant
- Observe the response - it appears twice
Expected Behavior
Each assistant message should be displayed once.
Actual Behavior
The same assistant message content is shown in two identical bubbles.
