Ever since yesterday, for the first time I got this message "Codex ran out of room in the model's context window. Start a new thread or clear earlier history before retrying." and also - I opened a new chat and simply asked "Hi". This filled up the context window by 11% which seems redundantly huge.
Also in a new window I had it fix a small bug which was quick and it sued almost the full 256k tokens - this has never happened ever.
