What's Wrong?

My Claude Max subscription was automatically downgraded to Free plan with approximately 19 days remaining. No cancellation or changes were made by me. Settings → Billing now shows Free plan.

What Should Happen?

My Claude Max subscription should remain active for the full paid period (~19 remaining days).
