extent analysis

TL;DR

The user needs assistance with resetting the backend repository index to resolve the issue of not being able to see their repositories in Claude Code on web and mobile.

Guidance

  • The issue seems to be related to a known problem that requires a backend repository index reset, which needs to be performed by the support team.
  • To verify the issue, try checking the repository list again after the reset to see if all repositories are visible.
  • Provide the support team with the necessary information, such as the affected organization and repository names, to facilitate the reset process.
  • If the issue persists after the reset, gather more detailed error messages or logs to help with further troubleshooting.

Notes

The provided information suggests that this is a regression issue, as it worked in a previous version, but the last working version is not specified.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Wait for the support team to perform the backend repository index reset, as it is a known issue that requires their assistance.
