extent analysis

TL;DR

The "Scheduled" menu point is not visible in the Windows app, and the user needs to investigate the application's configuration or settings to resolve the issue.

Guidance

  • Check the application's settings or preferences to see if the "Scheduled" menu point is disabled or hidden.
  • Verify that the user has the necessary permissions or access rights to view the "Scheduled" menu point.
  • Review the application's documentation or support resources to see if there are any known issues or troubleshooting steps for this problem.
  • Try resetting the application's settings to their default values to see if the "Scheduled" menu point becomes visible.

Notes

The issue lacks detailed error messages or logs, which makes it challenging to provide a more specific solution. The user may need to provide additional information or context to help resolve the issue.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: The user should try to reset the application's settings to their default values or check the application's documentation for troubleshooting steps, as the issue may be related to a configuration or settings problem.
