Root Cause

On the Plugins tab, the plugin list/cards are visually broken:

  • Search bar is visible, but plugin cards are clipped or partially off-screen.
  • A large blank/black area covers most of the plugin grid.
  • One plugin card appears on the right side but its content is cut off.
  • Skeleton/loading-like bars appear near the search field and do not resolve into a normal layout.
  • The UI is not usable because plugin cards cannot be inspected normally.

What issue are you seeing?

The Codex App Plugins page renders incorrectly.

On the Plugins tab, the plugin list/cards are visually broken:

  • Search bar is visible, but plugin cards are clipped or partially off-screen.
  • A large blank/black area covers most of the plugin grid.
  • One plugin card appears on the right side but its content is cut off.
  • Skeleton/loading-like bars appear near the search field and do not resolve into a normal layout.
  • The UI is not usable because plugin cards cannot be inspected normally.

This looks like a layout/containment/rendering regression in the Codex desktop app, not a local project issue.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. Open Codex App on macOS.
  2. Go to Plugins / Skills area.
  3. Select the Plugins tab.
  4. Observe the plugin marketplace/list layout.

What is the expected behavior?

The Plugins page should render a normal searchable grid/list of plugin cards, with cards fully visible and not clipped or overlapped.
