I had Hermes running about an hour ago. I’m not installing from scratch. I changed from Claude Sonnet to DeepSeek after hitting a $5 limit/key issue, and now Hermes gives a 403 error.

What's Going Wrong?

I had Hermes running about an hour ago. I’m not installing from scratch. I changed from Claude Sonnet to DeepSeek after hitting a $5 limit/key issue, and now Hermes gives a 403 error.

I don’t understand Hermes config files well enough to troubleshoot this. LLMs keep guessing and sending me in circles.

Can someone give me a plain-language checklist for getting it working again?
