1.Codex have to set up the workspace every time I start a new session. 2.My Codex usage quota is decreasing automatically even though I haven’t used it at all.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

When I woke up and opened Codex, the 5-hour quota was still at 99%. After I came back from eating, it had dropped to 90%. I didn’t do anything on the computer, and there were no automatic tasks running.
