When GITHUB_TOKEN is set in the env block of an MCP server configuration, running hermes mcp add redacts it (value replaced with *** or similar). This prevents the MCP server from accessing the GitHub token at runtime, breaking authentication.

Expected: GITHUB_TOKEN should be preserved as-is.
