What issue are you seeing?

The summary shows line numbers in an incorrect order.

Here is what I see in codex summary view:

The summary view is incorrectly showing different lines. It shows line number 620 after line number 709.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I can't tell at this point, I just encountered it during a normal session.

What is the expected behavior?

Summary view is expected to match all other diff views.
