Hi n8n Team, I recently upgraded to the paid tier ($24). Unfortunately, while testing my new workflow, I accidentally left a Schedule Trigger running at a very short interval, which drained my monthly execution quota in a few hours. No actual data was processed. Could you please do a one-time courtesy reset of my executions so I can continue building my project? I have already changed the trigger to a Webhook to prevent this from happening again. Thank you!"

extent analysis

TL;DR

The user may need to contact n8n support to request a one-time courtesy reset of their execution quota.

Guidance

  • Review the n8n documentation to see if there's an official process for requesting quota resets.
  • Reach out to n8n support directly to explain the situation and request a courtesy reset, as they may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
  • Consider implementing additional safeguards, such as monitoring execution quotas or setting up alerts, to prevent similar issues in the future.

Notes

The outcome of the request is uncertain and depends on n8n's support policies.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Contact n8n support to request a quota reset, as this is the most direct way to address the issue.
