Problem

Long-term memory systems in Hermes Agent tend to degrade over time. Agents cannot explain what they remember, current facts conflict with older facts, multi-user deployments risk cross-tenant memory leakage, and memory behavior is hard to regression-test.

Proposal

An optional Memory OS acceptance layer adding: multi-tenant memory isolation, memory inventory, diagnostics, canonical fact metadata, regression tests, and pluggable evidence/rule store adapters.

Validation

20/20 strong namespace isolation tests passed in production deployment. All fixtures use synthetic Alice/Bob/Core data only.
