Error Message

Describe the problem/error/question

What is the error message (if any)?

  • error: all

Root Cause

Describe the problem/error/question

I am trying to import a json workflow file and I keep seeing that the server is not connected. The server is disconnecting and reconnecting now on a three-second cycle. It just goes back and forth between connected and not connected. I am just recently updated to the pro account and I updated to the stable version of the software, but now it appears that it's not stable because my server keeps going in and out.

Code Example

(Select the nodes on your canvas and use the keyboard shortcuts CMD+C/CTRL+C and CMD+V/CTRL+V to copy and paste the workflow.)
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ If you have sensitive data in your workflow (like API keys), please remove it before sharing.

extent analysis

TL;DR

The server disconnection issue may be related to the recent update to the pro account and the stable version of the software, and checking the server settings and workflow configuration is necessary to resolve the issue.

Guidance

  • Review the server settings to ensure that the connection parameters are correct and compatible with the updated software version.
  • Check the workflow configuration to identify any potential issues that may be causing the disconnection, such as incorrect node settings or dependencies.
  • Verify that the database (sqlite) and storage settings are properly configured and not causing any conflicts.
  • Consider checking the nodeJsVersion (24.14.1) and ensuring it is compatible with the updated software version.

Example

No code snippet is provided as the issue does not contain specific code-related information.

Notes

The issue may be related to the recent update, and it's essential to review the changelog and release notes for the stable version to identify any potential breaking changes or compatibility issues.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Review and adjust server settings and workflow configuration to ensure compatibility with the updated software version, as the issue may be related to the recent update.
