Bug Description At some point my claude code stoped working - and I kept getting messages about how I violate the Usage Policy. All of the actions were just normal actions and task I dis in the last few days, including CLaude operating on my VPS, and debugging the voice agent I'm building. From my perspective I just get this messages that I'm violating the policy but I dont know what I did wrong and how to fix.
