claude-code - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Bug] Fully ignored rules, instructions and output-styles (any model), bloated and confusing interface and very poor quality overall

Bug Description Claude Code turned into a bloated and unreliable mush that violates the simplest rules, fails to do elementary basic tasks, overcomplicates stuff, lies, ignores it's instructions, forgets half of the task, does what it wants and no level of manual studying and tricks helps this. It's super slow and combined with dumb Opus 4.8 that, apparently, can only do benchmarks but barely remembers what it is, and its blatant violation of every single rule I meticulously refined for months, make it one of the worst experiences one can get for the highest cost out there. It's super bad and nothing like it used to be just a year ago. Cli Claude Code is so confusing and bloated with redundant / stale / near-identical features that from being the leading harness it became the slowest, the most unpredictable and the one you spend the most time tweaking and setting up, than actually working in. And that is CLI. MacOS Desktop and iOS apps are so poorly vibecoded that you'd think it should be shameful to release them. Proves my point of Opus 4.8's quality. This month of using Claude Code made me a worse person and greatly worsened my ability to concentrate and communicate with both humans and AI. It's the worst experiece I've had.
